INSTRUCTIONS:

Side One: Print out 2 copies of the front side of this wheel. Leave one whole and unaltered. Cut the second copy around the outer side of the colored portion of the wheel. Using a brass fastener, clasp both pieces both facing up while using the unaltered copy as a guideline. The wheel in the center should be able to move around in a circular motion, lining up the tip of the white arrow on the date of the first day of your last menstrual period. By doing so, this will enable you to calculate the number of weeks of pregnancy you are and when your estimated due date will be (the black arrow).
