1 garlic clove or small piece of onion
3 broccoli flowerets
2 kale leaves
4-5 carrots, greens removed
Dash cayenne pepper
Seasonings of choice
1. Thoroughly wash all ingredients. Peel carrots if not organically grown. Cut the ingredients into pieces small enough, if needed, to fit into the juicer.
2. Wrap garlic (or onion) and broccoli in kale leaves. Process the vegetables by pushing through the juicer with the carrots. Add pepper, season to taste, and drink immediately.
