1 pint blackberries
1 ripe banana
2 ounces of silken tofu
1 tbsp brewer's yeast
1. Thoroughly wash all ingredients. Remove the banana peel. Cut the ingredients into pieces small enough, if needed, to fit into the juicer.
2. Process the ingredients by pushing the blackberries through the juicer. Place juice, banana, yeast and tofu in blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Garnish with blackberries. Drink 1 hour before bedtime.
