1 kale leaf
1 collard leaf
Small handful fresh parsley
1 stalk celery
1 carrot, greens removed
1/2 red pepper
1 tomato
1 broccoli floweret
celery stalk for garnish
1. Thoroughly wash all ingredients. Remove the carrot skin if not grown organically. Cut the ingredients into pieces small enough, if needed, to fit into the juicer.
2. Process the ingredients by bunching the kale and collard leaf together and pushing them through the juicer with the celery, carrot, and follow with the red pepper, tomato, and broccoli. Garnish with the celery stalk. Drink immediately.
