Handful of fresh parsley
4 - 5 carrots
2 stalks celery
1. Thoroughly wash all ingredients, peeling the carrots if they were not grown organically. Cut the vegetables into pieces small enough to fit into the juicer.
2. Bunch up spinach and parsley leaves, push through juicer with carrots and celery, and drink immediately.
