  • 2 quarts (2 liters) water
  • 1 handful oatstraw
  • Make oatstraw infusion. Add to a hot bath and soak your tensions away. Or put a handful of rolled oats in a kitchen towel, tie it loosely, and toss it in a hot bath. When it softens, rub it down all your limbs, from thigh to toes and shoulder to fingertips.
