1 garlic clove
Handful of fresh parsley
4-5 carrots, greens removed
2 stalks celery
Parsley sprig for garnish
1. Thoroughly wash all ingredients. Peel carrots if not organically grown. Cut the ingredients into pieces small enough, if needed, to fit into the juicer.
2. Wrap garlic in parsley. Process the parsley and garlic by pushing through the juicer with the carrots and celery. Garnish with sprig of parsley, and drink immediately.
