2-3 cloves garlic
2 stalks celery
1 kale leaf
1 large tomato
1 collard leaf, chopped
1 tbsp croutons
1. Thoroughly wash all ingredients. Cut the ingredients into pieces small enough, if needed, to fit into the juicer.
2. Process the ingredients by rolling garlic in kale leaf, and pushing it through the juicer with the tomato and celery. Place juice in saucepan, add chopped collards, and gently heat. Do not boil. Garnish with croutons, and eat immediately.
