3 broccoli flowerets
4 - 5 carrots
2 stalks celery
1/2 green pepper
1 clove garlic, peeled
1. Thoroughly wash all ingredients, peeling the carrots if they were not grown organically. Cut the vegetables into pieces small enough to fit into the juicer.
2. Process the vegetables in the juicer by pushing broccoli and garlic through juicer with carrots or tomatoes. Follow with celery and green pepper, and drink immediately.
