2 slices fresh pineapple
1/2 cucumber
1/2 apple, seeded
1. Thoroughly wash all ingredients. Remove the pineapple skin if it is not organically grown. Cut the ingredients into pieces small enough, if needed, to fit into the juicer.
2. Process the ingredients by pushing the pineapple through the juicer with the cucumber and apple. Drink immediately.
