Deep cleaning or spring cleaning is basically a top to bottom, thorough and complete cleaning which you can follow up with for a pre-holiday or fall cleaning.
Deep cleaning entails moving all your knickknacks and moving the furniture to clean under it. Everything is touched, all the way from the top of the ceiling, down to the baseboards and the floor.
