This is MoonDragon's WebRing Page. MoonDragon's WebRing was founded in May 1999 to make it easier for people interested in pregnancy, childbirth, and infant care to find high quality informational sites. MoonDragon's WebRing and Website is oriented toward "Pagan-Goddess-MotherEarth" parents and individuals. However, we will gladly offer "Pagan Friendly" and "religious tolerant" websites that have information that is useful and beneficial to all parents. Although I prefer not to have commercial sites on the webring, allowances can be made for useful information within commercial sites. Allopathic medical sites will also not be added to the ring, unless they promote natural, non-interventive, woman-centered approaches to birth and medical care. Alternative health care sites are welcome, if they offer helpful information for pregnancy, birth, and women's health.
Other sites that may be added to the ring include "fun sites" offering information about Dragons and other mystical beasts. Pagan Parenting sites are also welcome and sites offering helpful information in making parenting choices.
If you keep clicking on the "Next Page" icon long enough, eventually you will be back at the site you started from! If you are less linear in your thought, you can also jump to a random site on the ring.
If the directions for joining this webring differ than what is given here, follow the directions given by the webring host since they periodically change their instructions depending on their program versions and updates. This information given here is to be used as a reference only.

How to use the Ring
To navigate from one site to the next in the Ring, simply click on the Ring Logo Image that says "Next Page", or on the text that says "next page". This way, you can jump from site to site within the Ring. You can click on the link to a Random Site above, or go back to the page you came here from and click "Next Page" from there. This information and the email addresses on this page are for people wishing to join the Ring. Please do not use them for any other purpose. YOU CAN ONLY JOIN THE RING IF YOU HAVE A WEB PAGE!
How to edit your site information
If you are already part of MoonDragon's WebRing, and need to edit your site's attributes (URL, your e-mail address, site description), please go to Edit Site Info. If you are not logged in, you will have to provide your webring user ID and password to continue. Once you are logged in, you will come to a page that says MoonDragon's Webring and possibly saying "no site provided". If this happens, click in the upper right hand corner on "My Rings". This This will bring you to the manage/edit sites you have in other rings and if you have your own webring, you can manage your webring from this page.
How to join the ring
In order to maintain the integrity of the ring, there are certain qualifications to be accepted into the Ring and for continued membership:
- The content of your site MUST be "Pagan and woman friendly". The sites about pregnancy, childbirth, or infant care are our top priority. Websites that offer helpful information about homebirth, midwifery, women's issues and alternative health options will also be considered. A site that has information about infertility, domestic violence, parenting would also qualify. We will not add any sites that are hate promoting, abusive or degrading to women and children, or pornographic.
- Because of the primarily non-profit nature of this WebRing, sites that are primarily selling products or services will not be added, unless they have something specifically beneficial to expectant or new moms, or other health care providers (midwives, doulas, etc.). Sites must have helpful information for parents and individuals.
- Regardless of your topic, your site will not be accepted into this WebRing if we do not feel it has sufficient content and value. This includes pages that are simply indices of links on the topic. Every person with a passion for this subject has something to say - your page should be more than a list of links!
- Your site must display the Ring code or on the first page of the site or section accepted. An alternate remedy (since I didn't like having webrings on my initial page either) would be to have an obvious link to your webring(s). We will cruise through the ring every once in a while to see that all the pages are keeping the standard.
- If you put your Ring code on a page other than the one you have listed in the queue, then you will not be added unless you have specific link directions available for webring visitors. That means that if you maintain a separate page of WebRings, you must enter that page in the queue or have an obvious link to that page for people to find the webring. In addition, if you enter your WebRings page in the queue, then you MUST have a link to your main page displayed in an obvious location on that page (I hate hunting for it!). You have the right to change graphics or exclude them, if you choose, but you must keep the webring links intact.
Note: MoonDragon's WebRing Administrator reserves the right to refuse any submission for any reason.
