My name is Leather and am the sole owner of MoonDragon Birthing Services located in Salem, Massachusetts. I am a Direct-Entry (DEM) Homebirth Midwife (Retired), a Holistic Health Practitioner, a Reiki Therapist, an Ordained Minister, a Pagan Priestess and Matriarch of the Fam-Trad Clan of the MoonDragon. I am also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I am a mother, grandmother and a great-grandmother.

I have been a homebirth midwife since 1979 and working in the health fieldsince 1975. I have an educational and experience background in the medical arts, science, biology and psychology. I am always a student and a teacher in life, always learning something new along the way from every person I meet and wanting to share what I have learned with others. Knowledge is a wonderful thing and it is never wasted, especially when it comes to your health and well-being. I have always enjoyed writing, art, and doing research on various subjects. This is how this website came to be. I celebrated my 15th Anniversary of being online with my website (1996-2011). The website has grown from a few pages to nearly 2,500 pages and is still growing. I always have several research projects I am working on. These will be added as they are completed or ready to share.

If you should happen to come across a link to a page that is not there yet, please do not become frustrated. I am currently working on several pages that will be uploaded to the website in the near future. Links have already been put in place for several of these pages.
