MoonDragon Birthing Service Receives 2008 Best of Salem Award
U.S. Local Business Association’s Award Plaque Honors the Achievement
WASHINGTON D.C., October 19, 2008 -- MoonDragon Birthing Service has been selected for the 2008 Best of Salem Award in the Midwives category by the U.S. Local Business Association (USLBA).
The USLBA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USLBA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2008 USLBA Award Program focused on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USLBA and data provided by third parties.

MOONDRAGON & DRAGON'S LAIR AWARDS
MoonDragon's Award of Excellence is given to websites of "general nature", without any special purpose other than I found them to be interesting and informative.
MoonDragon's Award for Page Excellence will be given to Websites that are women & family oriented. Special attention is paid for Pagan Parenting and Women Empowering Websites. However all Pathways are considered.
Dragon's Lair Pagan Parlor Award of Excellence is given to websites that are Pagan-Goddess-Earth Mother oriented. Must be pleasant, informative and exhibit the personality of the website owner. I enjoy those websites that are creative extensions of their owners (in comparison to those who are professionally made by commercial designers). Fantasy and Magick are great. Educational, most definitely. Dragons are a plus! (My dragons insist that this is important... that the websites must be dragon friendly!)
