You can make your own choice between herbs and oils to suit your preferences. Air Bath (Elemental)
3 parts Lavender
1 part Bergamot Mint

Use to attune with the powers of Air, for divination, theorization, aiding the memory, concentration, clear thinking, visualization and study.
Anti-Hex Bath

Place a hand mirror next to the tub. Lie back, smell the scented water, and close your eyes. Relax. Be at peace. Visualize yourself as you wish to appear, then open your eyes. Hold the mirror before you face and seethe new you.
Break the Habit Bath

To rid yourself of negative, baneful habits as well as their root causes: Place the sachet in the tub. After it has colored the water, step into it. Lie back in the water and visualize yourself happily avoiding the habit or other negative condition-smoking, drinking, drugs, depressions, obsessions and so on. Visualize the water absorbing your desire and need for the habit. See in your mind's eye all the energy you've been giving to this negative condition seeping out into the water. When you've visualized all that you can, pull the plug and sit in the tub until the water has drained out. Splash fresh water onto your body, washing away all traces of the taint. Repeat daily.
Celibacy Bath

Add to a tub of tepid water-not hot. Bathe in this blend when you wish to cool down.

Bathe in this mixture for a heavy psychic cleansing. Splash fresh water over your body after the bath. NOTE: Do not add more than one drop of clove essential oil-it can irritate the skin.

Bathe in this mixture to attract love and to expand your ability to give and to receive love. NOTE: I've specified one drop of rose oil because of its high cost. More can be added if desired; rose absolute can be used in place of palmarosa, which is much less expensive.
Healing Bath #1

Color: Dark Blue
For use in speeding healing. Release the ailment into the water. Splash fresh water over your body before toweling. And don't bathe, of course, if your condition doesn't allow it.
Healing Bath #2

1 part Peppermint
1 part Cinnamon
To be used, of course, in conjunction with conventional medical attention. This bath speeds the healing process. To help shake off a cold, add two parts eucalyptus to this formula. (Avoid bathing if your health care provider so informs you).

Mountain Rose Herbs: Hydrosols & Flower Waters
Flower waters also known as hydrosols, hydroflorates or distillates are products from the direct steam distillation of whole plant materials. Unlike their "essential oil added to water" counterparts, true steam distilled hydrosols contain all the beneficial components that whole plant materials have to offer, and are more true to their scent.
