FOODS THAT DESTROY HEALTH

NUTRITION & DISEASE

In order to prevent or heal any disease, you have to stop doing what made you sick in the first place. Every degenerative and even most infectious disease begin here. Degenerative disease are caused by a high level of toxemia that causes the impairment and eventual breakdown of vital organs, the endocrine glands, and the immune system. Infectious diseases can take root when there is a high level of waste and toxins for the invading germ to feed on (like mosquitoes in a swamp- they are not attracted to fresh, clean water).

It is strongly recommended NOT eating anything that has been genetically modified or grown with the use of chemicals, pesticides, antibiotics, hormones, herbicides, insecticides, and so forth. Please seek out organic foods that are clean, pure and will not make you ill. If you are on a vegetarian (or vegan) diet, plan your menus carefully. You may need to include dietary supplements in your diet for complete nutritional balance.

Here are the major offending foods that may contribute to an unhealthy condition and bring you to the doorstep of disease. Cutting down or eliminating these foods is the most important step you can take toward getting and staying healthy:

Canned pork and beans with salt or preservatives, frozen beans.

All beans cooked without animal fat or salt.

BEVERAGES

Alcohol, coffee, cocoa, pasteurized/sweetened juices and fruit drinks, soda, and caffeinated tea.

Herbal teas, fresh vegetable/fruit juices, cereal grain beverages (rice milk / soy milk / almond milk / oat milk).

DAIRY PRODUCTS

Cheeses, milk, butter, cream, ice cream, etc. (Full of saturated fats and cholesterol that cause all major degenerative disease.)

EGGS

Served any way you can imagine (Full of saturated fats and cholesterol that cause all major degenerative disease.)

FISH

Served any way you can imagine (Full of saturated fats and cholesterol that cause all major degenerative disease.)

FRUITS

Canned, bottled, or frozen with sweeteners added.

All fresh, organic, frozen, or dried fruits without sulfites, preservatives, or sweeteners.

GRAINS

All White flour products (cereals, pastas, baked goods, crackers, breads, muffins) and white rice.

All Whole Grains and products containing whole grains (cereals, breads, muffins, whole-grain crackers, buckwheat, millet, oats, brown rice, wild rice, quinoa, whole wheat, kamut).

MEATS

Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Duck, Hot Dogs, Luncheon Meats, Goose and the flesh of any other animal. (Full of saturated fats and cholesterol that cause all major degenerative disease.)

NUTS

Peanuts; All salted or roasted nuts.

All fresh, raw nuts (except peanuts).

OILS

All Saturated fats (animal foods), hydrogenated oils, margarine, refined and processed oils, shortenings, hardened oils.

All organic, cold-pressed oils; corn, safflower, sesame, olive, flaxseed, primrose, soybean, sunflower, and wheat germ.

SEASONINGS

Black or white pepper, salt, hot red peppers, all types of vinegars (except organic, unrefined apple cider vinegar).

Garlic, onions, cayenne, all herbs, dried vegetables, dulse and kelp (good salt substitutes), apple cider vinegar, miso, and tamari.

SOUPS

Canned soups made with salt, preservatives, MSG, or fat stocks; all creamed soups-  Watch out for chicken and beef stocks.

Homemade (salt & fat free) bean, lentil, pea, vegetable, barley, brown & wild rice, onion, potato, etc.

SWEETS

White, brown, or raw cane sugar, corn syrups, chocolate, sugar candy, fructose (except from whole fruit), all syrups (except pure maple syrup), all sugar substitutes (Equal, NutraSweet, Sweet & Low), jams and jellies made with sugar.

Barley malt or rice syrup, small amounts of raw honey, pure maple syrup, unsulphured blackstrap molasses.

VEGETABLES

All canned/frozen with salt and preservatives / additives.

All raw, fresh, organic, frozen.

FRUITS

All canned/frozen with salt and preservatives/additives.

All raw, fresh, organic, frozen.
