    All living things have electromagnetic fields (EMF). While there is life in a living body, there is an invisible electromagnetic field radiating from it. The Earth has its own field, as do inanimate things as well as animals and plants.

    A field is a force. It exerts a force on another field. The stronger force affects the weaker force.

    The physical body is an electrical machine. Charges keep the heart pumping, the brain functioning, cells revitalizing from chemical and electrical instruction. Our brain sends electrical messages to all parts of our body via the nervous system. We transpire and respire frequencies of electromagnetic energy into and out of our subtle bodies (invisible fields). They cause us to have a physical form - like a hologram! Change our subtle bodies - and we change. The subtle body (aura) can be seen with practice. It is fine light energy.

    We are being affected by all our magnetic energy pollution. Some people are becoming aware of physical, mental and emotional sensations and have developed electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EMH). Physical effects and symptoms of electromagnetic sickness or sensitivity are:
    • General unwell-being.
    • Muscle twitches, cramps or spasms.
    • Energy rushes, electrical currents or immense electricity circulating the body.
    • Itching, vibrating, prickling, tingling, stinging or crawling sensations.
    • Burning skin.
    • Intense heat or cold.
    • Involuntary bodily movements (occur more often during meditation, rest or sleep) such as jerking, tremors, shaking.
    • Feeling an inner force pushing one into postures or moving one's body in unusual ways.
    • Alterations in eating and sleeping patterns. Sleep disturbances.
    • Episodes of extreme hyperactivity or, conversely, overwhelming fatigue.
    • Intensified or diminished sexual desires.
    • Headaches, pressures within the skull.
    • Dizziness, blurry vision, swelling, nausea.
    • Racing heartbeat, pains in the chest, pressure on the breast.
    • Digestive system problems.
    • Numbness or pain in the limbs (particularly the left foot and leg).
    • Pains and blockages anywhere; often in the back and neck.
    • Emotional outbursts; rapid mood shifts; seemingly unprovoked or excessive episodes of grief, fear, rage, depression.
    • Spontaneous vocalizations (including laughing and weeping).
    • Mental confusion; difficulty concentrating.
    • Altered states of consciousness: heightened awareness; spontaneous trance states; mystical experiences (if the individual's prior belief system is too threatened by these, they can lead to bouts of psychosis or self-grandiosity).
    • Ecstasy and intervals of tremendous joy, love, peace and compassion.
    • Psychic experiences: extrasensory perception; out-of-body experiences; past life memories; astral travel; direct awareness of auras and energy centers; contact with spirit guides through inner voices, dreams or visions; healing powers.
    • Feeling of being watched by something unseen, a sense of eeriness, seeing things that are not there.

    The most common discomforts at the moment are - chronic fatigue syndrome, irregular heartbeat, tight stocking syndrome (numbness, hot/cold flowing on the body/face). But there are many others. Are you undergoing an awareness transformation? Is your problem more "physical" because you work in strong magnetic fields? Has your awareness already changed, which means you will be ultra-sensitive to invisible forces and your energy centers will be changing? Whatever is happening to you, is happening to many others.

    According to many testimonies of victims the symptoms of electromagnetic radiation sickness appear in the vicinity of sources of electromagnetic radiation, like GSM- and 3G (UMTS)-antennas, cellphones, DECT wireless telephones and WIFI wireless networks. Many times the experiences are blind. Radiation measurements taken afterwards and investigations show, that the radiation density indeed is increased. Many sufferers find out the relationship with the radiation, when they stay for a while elsewhere, where the symptoms diminish or disappear. When they return home the symptoms immediately appear again. Many of the patients decide to move to another place. Others try to shield themselves against the radiation, for example building a Faraday cage of fine wire mesh.

    Hands free and mobile telephones expose you to a very high level of radiation. Contrary to previous assumptions, using hands free or mobile phones can significantly increase our brain exposure to radiation, according to research conducted by a consumer research magazine. The new findings revealed that a hands free earpiece more than triples the brains' exposure to radiation, compared to that of a conventional mobile phone. The one critical factor being the distance between the top of the telephone phone aerial and the ear.

    There are many types of electromagnetic fields we are exposed to day and night, wherever we are on this planet. Invisible energy fields are radiating from electrical and magnetic devices such as high voltage electrical cables, transformers and sub-stations, radio and television transmitters, microwave ovens, mobile and hands free phones, as well as a host of other appliances that are used in the household and the work place. In some American cities this is in excess of 100 million times higher than the natural electromagnetic field of Mother Earth.

    Our bodies respond best under normal conditions of 8Hz to 10Hz. The natural predominant magnetic frequency oscillations that come from the earth are around 9.6Hz to 10.4Hz. Oscillating frequencies below 20Hz are considered not only safe but also beneficial to health. In the microwave band, the extremely high range of radio frequencies that are produced from most digital mobile cell phones today, ranges from 300MHz to 3000MHz of Electro Magnetic Radiation (EMR). When a digital mobile cell phone is held close to the side of the head, the main frequencies used are typically from 900MHz to 1900MHz, (that is 1900 million cycles per second!) There are now some G3 types of cell phones that operate at 2100MHz. Frequency and waveforms are more important than power levels.


    If your condition does not really worry you much, or is very slight, simply sleeping in a "field" clean room might lift it. But if you are really SUFFERING - then do the whole treatment.

    Investigate the fields you are living in that might be affecting you - reduce them if possible. Increase your own electromagnetic fields so that you can be confident, healthy and well. Learn to meditate.


    Check your home for an overload of electromagnetic fields. Decide much of this electronic equipment do you consider indispensable and reduce its usage in the home.

    Things you can check for that help to contribute to high electromagnetic fields include:
    • Beds with springs and metal frames.
    • Electrical wires running under the beds.
    • Electric blankets.
    • Beds placed right next to wall sockets, extension cords or power strips.
    • Bedside radios and electronic alarm clocks.
    • Record players & stereo systems.
    • Televisions.
    • Tape players, DVD players, cable boxes.
    • Portable phones and cell phones in the bedroom.

    Do you know where the electric wiring goes in the walls, ceiling or floors of your bedroom and what is on the other side of the walls such as computers in the study or next room for example? With an electromagnetic gauge (EMF detector) you can determine if your electrical wiring, electronic devices, electrical boxes, sockets and other power sources are emitting high levels of electrical magnetic energy.

    The worst rays come from the back of TV's, the sides of a computer, cell phones generally. electric kettles and frying pans, refrigerators, washing machines and clothes dryers, mixers, microwaves, electric stoves, oscillating fans, ceiling fans, and all electrical kitchen help machines and sewing machines have electromagnetic fields. Calculators, wall clocks, watches, torches and anything that runs off batteries like electric toothbrushes and shavers. Where there is artificial light, there is an electromagnetic field, strongest closest to the source. Turn off or disconnect any unused items including electrical lights if they are not essential.

    Heaters, radiators, electric fires also emit unnatural fields as do high tension power lines, electrical sub stations, TV towers, telephone towers, radio masts, radar guiding landing of aircraft. Are you in line of sight any of these items.


    It is extremely difficult to avoid radiation in this day and age, even if one wanted to. Mobile and hands free telephones omit some of the most damaging frequencies of any wireless device, and (when unprotected), are fast becoming a contact source of dangerously high levels of radiation. It is recommended that you keep them as far away from your body as possible. Or one could stick to a rigid and very disciplined plan and reduce the time you talk on your mobile or hands free telephone to three minutes PER YEAR, proposed by an eminent U.S. health care provider.

    Did you also know that using a mobile or hands free phone is like holding a microwave oven to ones head. The same microwave frequency range (0.36GHz to 300GHz) is used by high performance civilian radar equipment in satellite transmission systems, terrestrial cell based units and UHF television transmitters. Your mobile phone frequency is right next to that of microwave ovens. The frequency allocated to telephone manufactures lies exactly in the middle of that used by medical health care providers in the treatment of cancers, to irradiate and kill human cells - both cancerous and healthy.

    People who use unprotected mobile phones are two and a half times more likely to have a temporal brain tumor on the side of their head. Figures show that brain tumors are currently the number one life-threatening disease for children - now above leukemia. Children are more at risk because they absorb 50 percent more radiation than adults do because their skull bones are softer and their nervous system is still developing. Parents are now being warned to limit their children's use of mobile phones!


    Microwaves discharge dangerously high levels of electromagnetic radiation. Microwave ovens should never have been invented it seems, because in the early stages of their development they were proven to cause the same side effects as cancer cells in the blood. The research revealed a complete denaturing of food value and a fall of 90 percent of the vital energy content in all foods tested, and that microwaves also directly affect the biological health of humans.

    The Germans, who wanted to be able to supply their soldiers with hot food at any time, initially started the research. When this method proved to be such a high risk factor, the use of microwaves was forbidden throughout the "Reichsgebiet" (Germany as well as the territories it occupied). After World War II the Russians did most of the diligent research on microwave ovens and as a consequence, outlawed their use. They also issued an international warning about the damage that microwaves and using electrical appliances of similar frequencies can cause to humans and the environment.


    A warning from Microsoft Attached to the bottom of wireless keyboards (Bluetooth), this disclaimer is to nip potential lawsuits in the bud while sounding like an involuntary admission of guilt on behalf of the industry: Health warning - Use of a key board or mouse may be linked to serious injuries or disorders. When using a computer, you may experience occasional discomfort in your hands, arms, shoulders, neck, or other parts of your body. However, if you experience symptoms such as persistent or recurring discomfort, pain, throbbing, aching, tingling, numbness, burning sensation, or stiffness, DO NOT IGNORE THESE WARNING SIGNS. PROMPTLY SEE A QUALIFIED HEALTH PROFESSIONAL, even if symptoms occur when you are not working at your computer. Symptoms like these can be associated with painful and sometimes permanently disabling injuries or disorders if the nerves, muscles, tendons, or other parts of the body.


    Living things have magnetic fields. Your aim is to strengthen your own fields so that they are stronger than the EMF pollution around you. Foods that are irradiated by electromagnetic fields are dead foods. Eat some food that is "alive" with every meal.

    Living foods are natural nuts, raisins, fruit, natural fresh vegetables, natural cereals, rice, fresh corn on the cob, natural honey, dates, dried fruit, fresh herbs, old fashioned lemonade, herb teas, salads, pulses, legumes etc. Homemade is preferable to commercial products. Skip "take-away" and imported food and eat only locally grown foods. Try being vegetarian. Sea foods like fish, prawns, mussels and calamari might satisfy the cravings for meat proteins - and they haven't been injected with steroids and there's no mad fish disease, at least not yet. However, make sure they are fresh catch and from unpolluted water sources.

    Avoid old food, stale food, use your refrigerator as little as possible and take antioxidants (free radical scavenger) supplements like Vitamin C or Vitamin E regularly.

    If you drink alcohol, drink matured drinks that have love in them - they have been produced with thought and care. Avoid mass manufactured "quick turnover" stuff.

    If you smoke, roll your own cigarettes. They are less addictive and you will avoid subconscious acceptance of the labels on commercial cigarettes which will become a self fulfilling prophecy. Place commercial cigarettes in a cigarette case so you do not look at the box constantly. Home rolled cigarettes from a cigarette case are fine if you do not want to be seen rolling them!

    If you eat meat, eat in this order - Seafood and fish, Wild game, Chicken, Bacon, Ham and smoked meats or "altered" meats, and lastly fresh lamb, beef, pork.

    Eat local, buy local, support the small company, the local family business and restaurants that are not franchises. Avoid all convenience foods and pre-packed foods. Think homemade.


    Wear some natural fabrics rather than synthetic stuff every day. Synthetic stuff has strange electromagnetic fields. Natural fibers have natural electromagnetic fields. Use natural fibers such as cotton and silk. Get a silk scarf or square - or better yet, about 10 feet (about 2.5 meters) of soft silk which you can use as a sheet, scarf, petticoat or for your body/hair rub. Silk has an especially high electromagnetic charge.

    Likewise, night attire is important It is at night that you re-charge your batteries. Nighttime, sleeping, bedrooms, and night routines count as one-third of you day and life.

    Check your bathroom and cosmetics. Labels with "Allantoin" probably have horse/human urine in them and "miracle" face creams may contain placenta. Perfumes that have musk should be avoided. Instead use flower essential oils like Ylang Ylang, often used perfumes, are beautiful on their own.

    As our bodies are more and more affected by magnetic fields, we will become extra sensitive to chemicals, ingredients from animals, animal products and even the motive of the manufacturer of products. Sensitive people may develop allergies. As most products are sold to us with the motive of separating us from our money rather than assist us as they claim, we will even sense that. They won't feel right. We will have an inner "knowing" not to buy them.

    Think natural, non-chemical, non-commercial. It's cheap and fun to make your own stuff. Think simple. Think old fashioned. Think inexpensive. Again, think homemade.


      Get up early and rub yourself with silk to increase your electromagnetic field. Rubbing the skin with silk on waking - (or sleeping in silk) works up an electrical field around you (silk plus oil plus friction makes an electrical charge).

      Prepare yourself for the day, clean teeth etc. Drink a glass of magnetized water (or sun-charged water or herbal tea). Drinking magnetized water has properties different to ordinary water and our bodies are made primarily of water.

      Have a quiet place (the same every day) to have a personal meditation/prayer/quiet time. Sit in a "Divine" light while meditating, charging up your batteries or do any other personal inspirational self renewal.

      Make time for lunch. Eat serenely and have 10 minutes in natural light without dark glasses if possible. We need UV rays to stop us getting Candida and to prevent other health issues. Sunlight helps our bodies to absorb Vitamin D and ultra violet which we need to assist the immune system. Relax completely at this time.

      About 6 pm, maybe, repeat your self renewing quiet time. 10 to 20 minutes.

      Have supper, and remember to offer thanks to Earth for all your meals, filling them with light too. Take your friendly free radical scavenger - Vitamin C or Vitamin E or a piece of fruit and drink a glass of magnetized water or water that has been in sunshine (homemade herbal sun-tea is good). Blessing or offering thanks for your food dignifies eating and helps us to "charge" our food with healing energies.

      Read an inspirational book or entertain yourself with "play" or a hobby of some kind, rather than watching television. Your aim is to fill yourself with powerful positive fields - not negative ones! Consider cancelling your newspaper subscription or any other negatively charged publications.

      If you HAVE to watch TV or use your computer, try to limit yourself (irradiate yourself) for no more than two hours or if you use computers a lot by necessity, use homeopathic flower essence anti-radiation. Place a crystal or plant next to your computer or wear a crystal on you. When watching TV choose good positive "programs". All the thoughts and motives of the participants are in the film, the advert, the music, the program, the station, and on the internet.

      Consider bedtime at about 9:00 or 10:00 pm (regularly - or as near to it as possible. This is difficult in summer with long light evenings - adapt the time.


    Sleep is your personal healing time so the conditions you arrange for this are important.

    1. SHOWER, BATH OR WHATEVER AT NIGHT. Water has a huge natural energy field which will increase your own. You will wash off negative frequencies you have collected in the day. Night shower/bath causes wonderful refreshing sleep and cleanses off all the "stuff" of the day. Visualize it doing that. Water has a huge natural energy. Course salt in the bath is helpful too. Salt is a great purifier of negative energies. Drink a glass of magnetized water. You can get a free magnet from an electrical repair place. Simply put it under your water jug or water filter.

    2. OIL YOURSELF with a fine layer of half Sesame Oil and half Olive Oil with a drop of fragrant oil. Make a big bottle of this to keep in your bathroom. Cold pressed oil is alive as it carries light and will share its natural energy field with you and you need oil on your skin when you sleep in silk and for your morning silk rub down. Using oil is that Oils carry nutrients and vitamins like Vitamin E into the physical body via the skin. The fine layer of oil on your skin is essential. Within minutes it has been absorbed by the skin and it does NOT stain and it works for you throughout the day.

    Applying Oil: After your bath/shower, pour a small amount of well shaken oil into the palm of your hand, Rub your hands together. Bend down and start at the feet, draw your hands up feet, legs, stomach, chest, shoulders, and down arms, buttocks, backs of legs, to your feet again. Then rub in lightly with spreading motion as "all over" as you can get.

    3. DRESS IN SILK for sleeping and try to wear it as much as possible in the daytime too.

    4. TURN YOUR LIGHT OUT AT 9:00/10:00 o'clock - or change over to candlepower if you are not going to sleep immediately.

    5. LIE DOWN, RELAX IN THE DARK and do a visualization of breathing in light and energy, of allowing it to flow through you and then irradiating the room with light (your favorite color) as it flows out again from every cell of your body. Imagine it healing your affliction.

    The practice of a twice daily meditation/prayer/quite time/contemplation is that during this practice, as in sleep, we heal ourselves both emotionally and physically and helps us to "recharge our internal batteries". Time magazine reports that people who meditate regularly are more healthy and younger than others of their age.

    One suggestion is that you turn off your electrical main or power box at night so that your home becomes a clean environment to sleep in. But this impractical for most people since some power usually needs to remain on for some household appliances such as the refrigerator and freezer.

    The reason for a 9:00/10:00 pm lights out is that we are irradiating ourselves with too many artificially produced electromagnetic rays. We need more darkness. In darkness Melatonin, Seratonin and Anandamide are released into our bodies. These chemicals are essential for sleep, rejuvenation, immunity, serenity and feelings of joy. Perhaps "Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise" has some real truth in it.

    Every action in this treatment sequence has a precise reason for doing it. It will fit in perfectly with all other holistic disciplines and orthodox care. It is about stabilizing our own magnetic fields rather than medication or religion.
